Message: <blockquote data-quote="vantexan" data-source="post: 5374738" data-attributes="member: 24302"><p>Baloney.  You're throwing up red herrings.  Texas wasn't suing over fraud.  It and other states rightfully pointed out that by allowing voting rules to be changed by anyone other than state legislatures those states were in violation of their own state constitutions and the Federal Constitution.  It went directly to the Supreme Court because it's the court that handles such matters when one state sues another.  But they refused to touch it.  Texas's lawsuit was about following the rules, not about election fraud.</p></blockquote><p></p>
