Fed Ex didn't have a good Monday or Tuesday in Mass.

It appears Fed Ex operation on Monday or Tuesday in Mass was lacking so much that two Larger NDA Shipper in the Boston Area have changed to UPS.

I also had a couple of customer that USE bother Fed Ex and US tell me today that they had stuff that need to be shipped out Monday or Tuesday and Fed Ex wouldn't answer there phone or return there call.

It all comes down to price. They will go right back to Fedex when the dust settles.

Put those in as sales leads and get a sales rep in there asap.

I also had the same experiences.
One customer, I average about 700 nda / week, usually 100 nda Saturdays alone. FedEx never showed there or 3 other stops. Easy enough to get all their business that way. THANKS FEDEX!
