It will be crap again and contractors will simply not accept it.&nbsp; FedEx will point to it and try to sell it as better than last year while ignoring that they cut the rates in the financial agreements.&nbsp; It’s where a lot of the financial pain for contractors began so there will be a decent amount of scrutiny this year.&nbsp; The clock is ticking.
