I’m sure their routes are a lot more compressed than ours.
My guys are mostly running around 200. They’re done around 16:00 including pickups.
That doesn't sound too bad. Is the morale good around the station?
Easy. Just stop 200-300 times a day, nobody said anything about dropping off a package
Been dispatching 8:30-9. They get in 7:30-8 depending on how particular they are about their load.
It’s getting rough. Not enough load staff to keep up with the volume increase. That and there’s no end date to look towards like peak.
Enough rain for employer sponsored health care?
Yes. I haven’t seen it personally but it’s happening. Freight might start taking some large packages from failing contractors as well.
What did you do?
Yes I work for ground but drive the tractor trailers. My local guy in my neighborhood I see as late as midnight. Definitely hustling by me.
