Look around, look up fedex lawsuits. This is not happening because people are sue happy. Its happening because-OUR RIGHTS ARE BEING TAKEN AWAY FROM US. The only reason why Washington lost is because too many people are afraid to stand up and go and trial. If they are still working, they don't want to take that risk. So the jurors only see one side of the coin. Those who can be creative??? Thats funny, how do you mean this? Creative, those who can pretend that nothing bad is happening, who can wear a fake smile and act like they love how they are being treated? Yeah sign me up for that one.
