I tried finding the answer for my husband and I can't locate what he wants to know. He is a full time package car driver and a cover driver for feeders out of his center.

On days he does feeder does he still get the 8 hour guarantee like he would for package car.

On a funny note Management from package car and management from feeder drivers went back and forth this morning on who needed my husband the most.

Where I am it's actual time worked but I know 8 hours is always available.

Most of our runs you can't do in 8 hours. Twice this spring I did a 9.5 hour run in just under 8 hours but that was only possible because I took long boxes both ways and didn''t have to wait at the TA. I wanted to be under 8 hours so I could skip meal and make one of my son's ball games. Both occasions I was paid actual time... If I did that on a regular basis I would get in trouble for skipping meal.
