Feeder progression and casual peak drivers

I’ve heard some locals have language to bump feeder drivers in progression up to casual feeder pay. Anyone have any information?

In the 177 seasonal feeder drivers get full rate. If they are brought back as permanent after peak they go all the way back down to the beginning of progression. And permanent feeder drivers that aren’t yet at full rate, get bumped to full rate the day the first casual starts working. Then when the last causal is laid off after peak, they go back in progression where they were.
