Finally after a 6 month wait. Starting wage in Canada

Second day of orientation today for full time driver

Here is our pay structure: $13 until seniority. Then $13.25. 12 months after goes to $13.50. 24 months your at $15 then kaboom! Out of now where in 30 months your at $26.50.

This is straight out of the book. Does anybody know if there are increases in pay after top rate? Toronto, Ontario is where I am. Thanks.

First of all congrats!

I am located only about an hour from you and the only increases you will see is the 30 cent raise i believe twice yearly.
