That's what they do in my building. You get an extra days pay out of it. Expect that to change in the next contract. At least that's what my business agent said.
I'm not being a troll or sarcastic, but do the IE people even read or understand the contract? I just assume you look at a computer all day and suddenly raise SPC for no good God damned reason.

That is how I thought it worked, but it isn't. I came in on Tuesday and they sent me home. Hence why I was annoyed. So I only worked Wednesday through Saturday even though the holiday is on Monday.
No, why would I think I had Tuesday off because Monday is a holiday. It's never worked like than anywhere else I worked.
