FMLA Reolution

Resolution -

A about a Month or so ago I post about Taking Leave and Not Filling out the FMLA - because I was told I did not have to by my part time Sup.

Long Story Short - I have been back at work for the past few weeks. Did not lose Seniority. Sup. said he was not aware of the FMLA. and it was a mistake on his part

Good turnout. I'm somewhat baffled that a UPS supervisor would have no knowledge of FMLA, especially in today's world.
