John began working at UPS 35 years ago and has been delivering what matters to his customers for 27-years without an accident, in the small town of Canton, Texas. He is so good at his job that his example convinced his daughter that she wanted to follow in his footsteps. Leading by example. Lauren has a special connection to her father. She became a UPS driver a year ago, after working with her dad during peak season as a helper. “I loved being his helper, the fast pace, and seeing the country of east Texas,” says Lauren. She began working at UPS while going to school. Working with her dad changed the trajectory of Lauren’s future career plans.
