What new language? Did you get a copy of what was negotiated? I’ve seen some highlights of four changes but the specifics have not been released yet to my knowledge. So, how do you know this to be true?

Because I understand the routes from the old center switching to the new but why would they send cover drivers with the bid routes?

Bid drivers have the option to follow their routes to the new location. If any refuse, cover drivers are forced from the bottom up. Where I am.

Here, bid drivers have the option to follow their work. If they choose not to, it is bid upon before moving buildings.
