Former UPS Southwest operations center manager alleges age, race discrimination - SE Texas Record

UPS is facing a discrimination suit filed by a former employee who alleges he was discriminated against due to his age and being African American.

Kenneth White filed a compliant Jan. 6 in the Houston Division of the Southern District of Texas against United Parcel Service alleging age and discrimination and retaliation.

White, who is 54, began working for the United Parcel Service in 2005 and in 2017, served as business manager at the Southwest operations center. He alleges his supervisor made "embarrassing and demeaning age-related insults" including calling him "old dog."
