Great! I was looking for something to list as an accomplishment for 2009.

Don't know if my boss or my reports will buy that.

It is evident by Lieberman's request that Franken did not overstep his bounds. He asked for "unanimous consent" and by definitition it took only Franken (or any other Senator) to object.
