Yes. I take a full lunch—-it may not be during the contractually required hours but it is certainly not at them end of the day. It is normally 1545-1630.
It’s not baiting because taking a lunch is free money as opposed to donating your lunch for 30 years in the sum of over $350,000

Cheryl and I are discussing the case now.
They only deduct how much time you take for lunch off of your timecard. Not like the old days where they automatically deducted an hour.
I’m concerned.
My other option for a title was “dear sensitive snowflakes”

Yeah, some other runners use that excuse too. I guess brining a lunch is too progressive a concept.

I prefer a restaurant. I work hard for my money so i can enjoy luxuries like eating lunch at a restaurant
I’m with you on that. However, I will never allow UPS to pull a fast one on me. They salivate when five drivers take their lunches after 5. That’s an automatic route cut. That was told to me by an Orion geek.

Although I know that I shouldn't, as a cut driver I prefer to use as much daylight as possible for unknown areas. Especially when we are burning daylight in the building with late start times and late load wrap times.
I never go without a break, as they owe me that money every day.
