It really does not matter if the truck is loaded wrong, or supervisor doing stupid things.

Supervisors and hourly employees both do
stupid things or things that appear
stupid but are really the results of poor communication between two parties.
I expect coworkers to be engaged in cognitive functioning rather that using an excuse like "I am programmed."
I also expect my coworkers to take responsibility for their actions and work safe.
