Frequent beating or motivation by positive reinforcement?

It really does not matter if the truck is loaded wrong, or supervisor doing stupid things.
I am programmed for 12 hours. I put the ball the ball in there court.

Why was the truck loaded wrong?
The instructions vague and unclear?
Could asking for clarification on instructions help avoid the problem?

Supervisors and hourly employees both do stupid things or things that appear stupid but are really the results of poor communication between two parties.

I expect coworkers to be engaged in cognitive functioning rather that using an excuse like "I am programmed."

I also expect my coworkers to take responsibility for their actions and work safe.:smart:
