Is there any way to bid back to part time after having been full time, other than for medical reasons?
A former steward told me that it used to be allowed, but only one time; you couldn't keep jumping back and forth.
Can't find any language on it.
I’ve heard you can’t go backwards but that might be supplement dependent. I’ve only seen it happen where the driver quit and got rehired back months later as a PTer.

To my knowledge no you can not. Some people will tell you instances where a driver screwed up or whatever and was allowed to go back to PT but I wouldn't count on something like that.

Maybe he wants to see his kids more than 2 days a week. Maybe he's financially secure and doesn't need the stress. Maybe he wants to open his own business and keep PT for benefits/stability while he transitions.
