Georgia, Georgia Always On My Mind ... Because Georgia Controls US Senate Leadership

Strength through joy

Georgia's Secretary of State Raffensperger claims that he was ordering them to be reset ahead of the senate runoff election, but a reset would wipe all votes from the general election.
The deletion had been temporarily stopped on Sunday, when Judge Timothy C. Batten, Sr. issued an order to freeze ALL Dominion voting machines in the state of Georgia, but he reversed course within hours.
Currently, there is a major fight going on and it appears that a short time later, a federal judge ordered officials not to reset the machines.

Georgia election official pleads with Trump and Republicans to 'stop inciting acts of violence'

A Georgia election official on Tuesday condemned threats of physical violence and intimidation against election workers and officials, pleading with President Donald Trump to denounce the threats and urging both of the state's Republican senators to intervene.

"It's all gone too far," said Gabriel Sterling, the voting systems implementation manager for the Georgia secretary of state's office, during a Tuesday afternoon news conference at the Georgia Capitol.

Sterling, a Republican, grew visibly emotional as he described an incident in which a video of a Dominion Voting Machines contractor in Gwinnett County was spread online with claims of vote manipulation. After the video circulated, the man was accused of treason and found a noose outside his house. The man's family members have received death threats, Sterling said.

"You need to step up and say this ... stop inspiring people to commit potential acts of violence," Sterling said, addressing the President. "Someone's going to get hurt, someone's going to get shot, someone's going to get killed, and it's not right."

"Be the bigger man here and stop -- step in," Sterling added. "Tell your supporters, don't be violent, don't intimidate. All that's wrong, it's un-American."

Of course that's reprehensible but am seeing reports of threats against Republicans too. A lot of anger out there.

They talked about that too!
RePug voters think Abrams has mucked up the system and she will deliver enough ballots no matter what the RePugs get.
I think the Georgia runoffs will be among the most scrutinized elections in the history of the country. If they can pull off fraud in that environment then let them run the country because they'd be capable of miracles.

Georgia is getting ready to hand recount the votes again for the third time. Each recount matched up with the first count that trump said was rigged. I guess they are smart to pull that one off.

So smart a judge had to order them to not reset the voting machines. And the Georgia runoffs are a separate election.

This is on the album Rhythm, Country & Blues.
The whole album is as good as this song ... almost anyway.
The first concert my wife and I went to was Conway and Loretta.

If Repug voters don't turn out there is no need for fraud.
