Since I've been laid off this week due to low volume, me just being new, or whatever it is. (I have a feeling my supervisors aren't the most honest) I am now being sent back to load to supplement my hours.

Do I go back to loader pay? Or keep my current rate?

Have you gained seniority yet ?

What job were you doing, to gain a higher rate of pay ?

Have you received an official notice of layoff ?

You're not a qualified driver yet.

Were you part-time before driving ?

    Yes sir

  11. Unfortunately you will get your inside rate because you haven't qualifyed yet.

Here, you get your inside pay rate or $16/hr. Whichever is higher.

Could depend on your region/local however
