Going to gain seniority, which wage increase will I get?

With the wage increasing for new hires in August going up to 14.00. I’m currently at 13.00, I’ll gain seniority in July. Will I get the .70 cent increase or the dollar increase that new hires get?

You will get what ever raise is higher .70 will put you at 13.70 so you’ll be at 14

As far as I know you don't get a raise for attaining seniority. You get an annual raise on your 1 year anniversary date.
I think what will happen is that they will give you the 70 cent raise on your 1 year anniversary and then you'll go up to $14 on August 1st.

You go up to 14 in August. There is no longer raises on your seniority dates under this contract. Only every August 1.
