Yes, there are a bit heavy but if you are in a northern climate with a lot of snow slush and cold temperatures they are the best.

I have these and have been buying variations of them for a few years. They're probably cheaper else where...and if you don't like these then just generally Goretex is legit when it comes to keeping you dry.
