I have used the Dewalt for years, I upgraded to the Bosch that has a speaker in each corner, and a sub on the bottom, and the batteries are even cheaper.......

We are told we can't have them since they are in cab distractions.

You can have radio's in the cab. They only thing the company can ask, is they be secured.

General Electric Superadio III, RCA RP7887 Superadio III

You can find these on Amazon. They run on D cells. You would be surprised how long they last.

Unless automotive installs a power source with a fuse, Don't tie into the trucks power.

Someone had posted a pic of a pkg car burned up in the building before....

When I was on package car I had a sirius boombox, plugged it into an inverter which clipped to the truck's battery. I just built this for the jockey wagon. radio.jpg
