Message: <blockquote data-quote="vantexan" data-source="post: 4705689" data-attributes="member: 24302"><p>I've seen plenty of evidence of wrongfully convicted people on death row.  If it's proven that prosecutors railroaded a person, withheld evidence of innocence, etc, that prosecutor should face serious prison time.  I agree 100% that the state has the obligation first and foremost to make certain that anyone who's accused of a capital crime is without a doubt the perpetrator.  That standard should apply to all cases but especially where the convicted will be put to death.</p></blockquote><p></p>
