Just by requiring that packages be delivered after a second sort, fedex dumps the cost on contractors. IF IF IF there is something in the contract that says fedex must get all package to contractors by some certain time, the contractor could choose to delay service BUT then risk non-renewal for making fedex unhappy. Fedex does NOT have to give ANY reason for non-renewal, which is why I place the value of having the contract as minimal.</blockquote>
