The customer isn't looking for an explanation as to why we can't take the other opco's package, they're just fighting us on it because they want the package gone and on it's way and we're not doing that. I almost never give the full explanation, I just tell them they needed to schedule a ground pickup and that I can't take their package. They get the picture when I'm walking out the door without the package while they're still trying to argue with me that I should be taking it. I can't be bothered...</blockquote>
