Grounds for Termination?

Do any of you know of a driver or person in management who was fired for dropping off a package, getting a signature, and then having the customer deny signing for it weeks later?

If that's the whole story, you can't get fired for that. Otherwise, there wouldn't be any UPS drivers.

Happens all the time. It's called signature denial. I've delivered to businesses and have them say they never got the package yet they signed for it and still denied it. Even had them on security footage signing and taking package.
