I'm certain I wouldn't have gotten the leeway I did when I was younger. I was stopped by police in my car and would not have walked away free and clear if I were black. I employ a fair number of black people now and the culture is very different in regards to what behavior they feel comfortable with. I can walk through a warehouse, open a dock door myself and walk into an office for a signature. My black drivers wouldn't even consider acting like they own the place like that, and they wouldn't be well received if they did. They've been yelled at just for walking on people's property. I understand where they're coming from, but don't have any real solution for it.</blockquote>
