Yeah they kinda do. If you work Sun-Thurs you got Sunday off as your holiday. You work Mon-Fri and you get Monday off as your holiday.

Good news. As of now, no surgery. Surgeon wants to try and let it heal and thinks it will be good as new on it's own. Time will tell. Weekly update visits until I can go back to work.
