Had the meeting with steward present. She denied and lied. Unbelievably she said it again. Stated, “ Well do you have a problem with all this?” Sweeping her hand in front of her face. And added, “I think you do. And I think you have a problem with men. You dont like men telling you what to do.” Right out of left field! I couldnt believe it. I have never had any problems taking direction from anyone! I said, there you go. She’s doing it again! In front of you! My supervisor sternly said her name increasingly louder three times until she shut up. Then turned to my steward and I and asked us to step out so they could speak privately. It took around 20 minutes to be ushered back into the office. Supe states that he doesnt have to disclose what was said. I said fine. He asked me to follow any direction that she gives me and that if I want to continue with the grievance for harassment its up to me. He states that he will not discuss that part of it anymore. I said okay. Also at one point during the meeting as I was talking to the supe, she was in the corner mumbling and mocking me. It was crazy. So another steward came to me at the end of my shift with the grievance papers. I signed them as he gave me much needed support. I intend to follow through. The head of security is also coming to meet with me next week to discuss the matter. Zero tolerance. We will see...
