has anyone had issues collecting unemployment after being laid off as a casual driver?
I took a quick look at the Local 177 supplement, and didn't see anything. https://teamster.org/sites/default/files/ups18local177driversmechanicssupp.pdf My only reason for questioning it; A PT supe going FT has always been considered an "outside" hire. They used to be required to do 90 days in pkg, to be promoted to FT. (AKA 90 day wonder) That doesn't seem to be the case anymore. Funniest part used to be.... when they stayed a full-time pkg driver.
