This week our center lost a big (feeder) pick-up account to FedEx. Apparently a very clever Fedex
sales rep is putting the fear of God in the minds of our customers. "Avoid any potential shipping
disruption this summer and ship with us now". Are there those of you talking to customers about the
contract? Have you been told not to? Does this pressure from Fedex help us or hurt us with
negotiations?
