Hazardous waste spill reported at Maple Grove UPS facility, building evacuated - KSTP
A UPS facility in Maple Grove was evacuated after a hazardous waste spill was reported Thursday morning, according to statements from UPS.
The spill was reported at about 5 a.m. at the processing facility located near Valley Forge Lane and 85th Avenue North.
UPS said authorities arrived and the building was evacuated. UPS also reported just before 5 p.m. Thursday that the building is back in operation.
No injuries were reported.
