And its even worse if you are on Kaiser Insurance.</span></p><p> </p><p><span style="font-family: 'Times New Roman'">Why the different treatment for the two patients?</span></p><p> </p><p><span style="font-family: 'Times New Roman'">The first is a Golden Retriever...
