I'm a shop steward from local 804 from the Local 804 nassau hub. You can ask Tom , the union rep for my building and ask Eddie they know his situation. The guy is out there with barely any money to eat while the company sit on their ass and throw him to the curb. Tom set up a third opinion in hopes that he clears him so that he can come back to work but its been three months and he is backed up on all his bills. If i had the money i would help him but I don't so im trying to help him as best as I can cheryl.
