Help. Payroll Question (direct deposit)

I checked my bank account and noticed my check was not deposited (first time thats ever happened)

So I check my paychecks on UPSers.com and there isnt a check for 8/16/12.
The most recent check posted is 8/9/12.

My questions are..
1: Is it too early for my newest check to be posted on UPSers?
2: Or does this mean I'm not receiving a check?

I had this same thing happen two weeks ago! I called my center manager an raised hell cause I needed that money for bills and such. He called payroll and they said ummm we transferred the funds and magically somehow the deposit went thru at noon on that Friday.
