Helper bonus

Does any one know if the helpers get a bonus this year for showing up every day? Im not sure, but i think thats how its been.... My helper is slow as hell and and has the personality of moss,but hes shown up on time everyday since thanksgiving. And they dont pay em diddly so...just asking

no bonus, hasn't been for several years. I will be giving mine a 50 spot. he is doing 330 a day and no complaints.

I give my helper 50 UPS plus I buy him soda and snacks as the day goes on.... I had a helper a few years back she bought me food daily, I gave her 100 bucks and asked her to marry me sadly she was already married, LOL.
