Lol....hopefully.....j/k, they trained the one here where I am, she was starting the same day as II'm assuming then I'll be trained on that?
If they dont train you,who Is going to train the helpers?I'm assuming then I'll be trained on that?
the drivers, of course. Because you guys have nothing better to do or anything...lolIf they dont train you,who Is going to train the helpers?
I have no idea how any of this works and I'm not super clear on my responsibilities, they made it sound like I'll be sitting in front of a computer, making phone calls....guess I'll find out tomorrow. If they dont train you,who Is going to train the helpers?
Yes...exactly. Hate to break it to you, but that's pretty much it. Sups tell you which helper to pair with which driver and arrange a meet point...based on where the helper lives...and you call said helpers and try to arrange it. Ad nauseam. All helper orientation/training videos is done by HR people.I have no idea how any of this works and I'm not super clear on my responsibilities, they made it sound like I'll be sitting in front of a computer, making phone calls....guess I'll find out tomorrow.
