You are the one treating criminals like victims while completely ignoring the root problem. You ignore the real victims of crime committed by criminals.  You would want a certain minority group to be exempt from policing so that they can be free to commit more crimes and create more victims.Does a mask mandate work? I dont know. But what i do know is that removing a criminal from society prevents that criminal from committing more crimes.</blockquote>
