Hired as a cover driver, never qualified, whats going on?

I got hired for peak season as a cover driver, which they used me on average 4 out of 5 days and I thought I was supposed to go through training then get qualified after peak. This never happened and I heard of the 30/90 rule in which they have to train you and qualify you or not. Obviously I'm not going to file a complaint bc it will be my UPS funeral, but what is going on and what are my options moving forward?
