Can someone clarify what this means?

Allergic to cardboard.
It means that if you worked this past Saturday (assuming you worked M-W), all of those hrs on Saturday should be paid at the overtime rate.

By the way, I’m a tcd. I worked every day since April. I get driver pay for vacations and holidays. My business agent works for ups I think. He also told me my seniority don’t matter unless I work preload

It means that if you worked this past Saturday (assuming you worked M-W), all of those hrs on Saturday should be paid at the overtime rate.
My check (as a pre-loader) says I got paid 8hrs for holiday (not sure why 8, thought it would be only 4 like all other holidays), but it says I only got 1.09hrs of OT. I know I worked more than 1 hour last Saturday. Besides, since it was on the schedule, I know I'm guaranteed 3.5hrs for that day.
