How did "Brown Cafe" come to be what it is today?

I often learn about why things happen from management's perspective from people like Tieguy and Channahon. Cheryl has done a fantastic job with her creation, most of you have no idea with what happens behind the scenes. I have no clue why she asked me to try to help her, but I am truly flattered.
