How does my husband get off the sups radar & keep job when orion is never questioned?

Do you need an air compressor or tire gauge
I had the same issue basically. I’m a nice guy who it takes a lot to piss me off but I was being harassed about my numbers & talked to off the clock before my shift started & no one said anything. It wasn’t until I went to another building and the union is very strong there. They don’t put up w/ crap. My first week I got pulled aside and told I need to know my rights. If they mention my numbers once then it is harassment & they should never talk to me off the clock or w/ out a steward. No one at ups has been fired for a lack of performance! As long as ur husband isn’t screwing off and he’s actively working he’s fine no matter what
Talking to you off the clock is common sense with or without a union

Nothing to see here.... Move along.
Kind of like when you ask “how is it going today”. Most of the time we just expect a pithy answer, or something humorous. Occasionally will get a guy who tells you his life story of well and no one really wants to hear that. 🤣
You saying his 3,000 word essay on whiny life was not something you wanted to hear?

That's mean

My favorite is when A driver tells me he has 250 stops what’s the union gonna do about it?

Then I ask what time did you get done?
They say 445pm off the clock by 5 PM I had to skip my lunch and run all day.

Then I say the union is going to watch you do 260 stops today. Have fun
