How Does Prgression Work?

    Ive searched this site for that exact answer and cant seem to find out how. Anyone with any info care to elaborate and try to explain the system so newer drivers could figure it out?

    :wink: The easiest way would be to ask your union steward at work, he should have a copy of the current contract, which will outline the progression for wage increases. You could also contact your local and request they send you a contract book (always good to have). In my book starting wage is 70% of top wage, upon seniority (30 days) 75%, seniority date +1year 80%, seniority date +18 months 90%, seniority date +2years top rate. depending on where in the country you work will determine top rate on which to base your figures. Hope that helps.
