I'm just a few years into my career at UPS as a driver and am just trying to learn the contract language. I requested 8hrs of work 3 days in advance and was not granted it because my Sup. told me it wasn't requested right. Supervisor told me that it was to be done a WEEK in advance. So I didn't get it. Guess I was lied too!

Where I am at, optional days are a week in advance, and 8 hour requests are 48 hours.
