How is one selected to Integrad?

How is one selected to go to integrad? I am in the process of training for air driver. Just through my local hub. But our trainer talked about integrad and how there's only 2 training sites with a select number of seats. It sounds pretty bad from what I have heard so how is one so unlucky to be sent there?

Integrad is regional. It seems also to be selective. Integrad was failing a lot of potential drivers so our area has gone back to local training. Integrad wants robots. I mean, I'm good, but I doubt I'm THAT good. I would venture to bet that 95% of current seasoned drivers would fail Integrad's lofty expectations. So potential new drivers have a slim chance.
