They do whatever they want with everything. If it sticks, great, if not they try something else. You need a good local and a good crew of teamsters in the barn to make them follow the contract. Unfortunately, that’s not as common anymore.

Would never happen in my hub only because they over hired for Covid and beg people to stay home Mondays and Fridays which means most folks got infinite sick days…. Guy was in there bragging how he got like 15 sick days hasn’t worked a Monday outside of peak in 2 years! ( not a seniority guy either middle of the pack)

Falls off in 9 months I believe. Also maybe try to write down why letter A and letter B are for separate issues. Company tries to snowball unrelated items all the time.
