How long does it take to get out of the UPS system?

I recently finished off my final two weeks and moved to a new state. I'd like to try and get on with a UPS building in my new place. However, a week after quitting, I'm still on file as a UPS employee - so my online applications are declined automatically. How long does it usually take the company to remove a former employee from their files?

I was a helper in 2005 and came back as a driver in 2017. My ID# is from 2005. So I assume they don’t delete you.
