I am telling you not to be scared to file a grievance against a supe who is doing an hourly job. You have to look at it for what it is...the company is trying to take money away from you! Your the one who woke up VERY early in the morning to come to work. If there is more work to be done and more money to be made, it should be made by the people who are supposed to be doing it. Not by some supe on salary who UPS doesn't have to worry about paying any overtime to.</p></blockquote><p></p>
