Doesn't matter if it's a bulk stop or not, universal pkg allowance is .00369 for delivery piece. In other words .369 of a click or .3% of an hour. So 1 delivery piece = 13.28 seconds.

8.78 seconds to be exact. So if you have a 120 piece bulk stop that’s 1,053.6 seconds, which is 17.56 minutes. The ideal stops per hour average on a residential route is 20. Three minutes per stop, 160 stops = 8 hour day. According to UPS.

Was told 17 seconds to find package, 10 seconds to deliver, 9 seconds to start car. 1 second per additional package per stop.

Takes me that long just to see if the preloader intended their 8s to also look like 9s, to also look like 0s, to also look like 3s. Only for there to be 5 stops spaced 1500 ft apart with the same numbers on them. And the last of 5 has 20 packages total such that finding the remaining 4 is like a needle in a haystsck.
