How much do Part-Time Yard Shifters make?

I have been searching all over the forums for this answer, but everyone just talks about 22.3 or full time shifters. I took a bid for shifter and was told I'm next on the list. Anyway, how much do they make an hour? Is it the same after the new contract? I have 4 years seniority. I looked at the contract book for P/T shifter but couldn't find anything on it.

.25¢ more than your regular hub rate unless you already have a $1 for being a sorter. If that’s the case, you lose .75¢. Southeast.

Oh, and training is 20 hours unpaid. Have fun.
